Jesse Lee Ream may have been the drunken driver behind the wheel of the SUV that killed Tessa Elizabeth Conradi in Northeast Portland, but Ream is not the only one who bears the blame, the victim's husband contends in a civil lawsuit. Conradi, 32, was killed last February when Ream crashed into her Kia Sportage near the intersection of Northeast Cully Boulevard and Northeast Portland Highway. Conradi's husband, Walter Marrella, is also suing Ream's sister, brother-in-law and their used-car dealership for providing Ream with a Chevy Suburban -- despite his history of drunken driving and reckless driving convictions. The civil suit, filed last week, comes just after Ream, 38, pleaded guilty last month to first-degree A complaint filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court names two bars, Fremont Ridge Inn and Rovon Inn Tavern, as defendants in the $7. Ream is also a defendant.
